I am new to this site, but not to brewing. Started brewing in '97 from a kit someone gave me for a wedding gift. I went to extracts w/ specialty grains quickly also started kegging. Before kids my wife let me keep a keg in our apartment fridge.

I am coming back from a 2-3 year hiatus. Don't know why I slowed down. Anyways now I am looking to build a kegarator and want to start all grain.

HBT looks like a great way to learn a lot of tips and tricks. Thanks to everyone for sharing! Hope to have some insight to share someday!!

Welcome aboard. This is a great forum, and there is loads of information to get you going all grain.

I'm also from that neck of the woods. I graduated from The Colony High School and lived there while I went to SMU. That area is WAY too crowded for me, though. I don't ever plan on moving back.
