Is Weyermann Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt undermodified?

I'm refering to the malt listed on Weyermann's site above. I'm assuming it is well modified since it does not say otherwise, but I'd appreciate a response from anyone who has a definitive answer

This malt and many (most?) Weyermann malts are slightly undermodified. If you look at some of their base malts they specify which ones are "well modified"

In there it says: "Typically a slightly under-modified pale malt is achieved."

I haven't tried this malt yet, but I definitely will in the future

Fantastic. Exactly what I was looking for.
 
I've been thinking about giving this malt a try. Anybody know who carries it? I've seen a number of online places that carry "Bohemian Pilsner" malt, but only Rebel Brewer specifies the floor-malted variety.
 
I just used this malt for the first time Sunday to brew a Czech Pils. I did the triple decoction described in that posted (100, 148, 162, 170). There was loads of protein goo on top of the grain bed after the sparge, but the wort was beautifully clear post-boil. Really excited about how it is going to turn out.

SMS is the precursor to DMS. :)

It is actually SMM, not that the name really matters.
