So I started growing my own hops and brewing last year but had to send away for equipement and supplies, or drive half an hour. Then, as if by magic a brewshop/HOPS FARM budded from the garden store that is visible from my own backyard. This weekend I went in and the owner Pat gave me a tour of the hops field-awesome!!! We picked some fresh Centennial and put it in a bucket-and I just can't stop sniffing it!! So now, if my plants aren't giving what I need....I can still brew with hops virtually brewed in my own backyard!!!!! Life is so good and these hops are sooooo fresh!!!! Check it out-High Hops Brewshop, Windsor Colorado.
