so, on one of our last beers (partial mash IPA) we have brown sediment/yeast when we pour out the rest. the beer tastes off, but it could have just been the recipe? i don't know if its an infection that got into all of the bottles?

has anybody experienced odd colored sediment in their bottles? i searched and couldn't really find anything on the subject, but it was hard to narrow the search. :drunk:

and i guess i should clarify on the taste thing. its just very extract tasting. im glad it was a second to last extract/PM our very last extract/PM tastes a lot better, probably because we used all DME instead of LME
