Tasting Notes
Sweet tasting with slight nut nut after taste
This is a brown that I've been working on for about a year. Finally got it exactly to where I want it. For me it's perfect. Hope others brew it and tell me what they think. I'm not sure in my water chemistry for this brew, however, do know that it's soft. Here we go:

12 lbs Maris Otter
1 lbs Crystal 60L
1. lbs CaraBrown
.5 lbs Flaked Oats
.25 lbs Victory
.25 lbs CaraFoam
.25 lbs Chocolate
.25 lbs Abbey

.5 oz Magnum (60)(12.3AA)
1 oz Kent Golding (10)(7.2AA)
1 oz Kent Golding (5)(7.2AA)

Adjuncts: 5.2 pH, 1 tab servomyce, 1 tab whirlfloc

Gets better with age. Kegged on December nice and pulled a glass tonight and much better than when first pulled slightly after New Years.
