Just thought I would mention that Home Depot is having a sale on turkey fryers. This one is $60 at HD, and the next lowest I could find was $90 on amazon
 
I would be cautious, the line in the description : "Designed with safety in mind, the temperature sensor automatically shuts off gas flow to prevent overheating" leads me to believe it has some sort of safety switch that shuts off after 5 minutes or so. Could get annoying for an hour long boil...
