Beer sampling suggestions

I have been sampling beers,so I would have an Idea what to make for my second batch...And all I can say for sure is that I will not be making an IPA. That has got to be some of the gnarliest beer I have ever drank.I have drank some nasty beer too!...But that was my first experience with an IPA.I do like windmer,The regular one and also the apricot one. I tried a few others including Blue moon and Guiness. I did like the Blue moon,but I think I would have to be in a special mood to enjoy the guiness.Can you guys please reccommend a few other types of beer I should sample that would be in the same category as the Blue moon & the windmer. I dont drink beer often,But when I do I would like to enjoy it and know for a fact,The IPA's are not for me.So thank you and hopefully I can find a few beers to enjoy.

sounds like you enjoy wheat beers (weissbier, witbier), do a google search, you should find plenty of recipes...

Maybe you'd be up for a hefeweizen.
