Hello Good people, I make Kombucha at home already. I have recently tried the Cbontanicals brand of non-Kombucha/kombucha-like fermented beverage. I am specifically curious how to make at home the Tumeric cardamom flavor ( https://cbotanicals.com/flavors/ ). I assume Fermenting the tumeric and cardamom with a scoby . I am not sure what kind of scoby or if a brine is used instead. The drink didnt taste salty. Also the ingredients list a bacillus coagulans probiotic..I am wondering how to get this. Is it naturally occurring? Can I DIY this or does it have to be purchased and added every time or will one purchase last the lifetime of a continuous brew batch? can I continuous brew this? Any thoughts, ideas or recommendations would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks and have a blessed day

On their "About" page they don't state what the probiotics are. Could be they are using water kefir to innoculate the drink. They have a sister company which already produces kombucha so I would look at that first.
