Silly New Beers Resolutions...

This year;

1. I will only drink home brewed beer at home. (At least for the first six months)
   
2. I will drink more water. (Beer has water in it right?)
   
3. I will incorporate more probiotics into my diet. (I will make more yogurt soured beers)
   
4. I will make really big high gravity beers with the intent for blending into smaller beers to give them more flavor complexity and the appearance/benefit of aging. (Making really big sour lambics or Belgian Abbys)
   
5. I will figure out how to incorporate my beer engine into my keezer set-up.
   
6. I will dedicate one tap for nitro. (I got a stout faucet for Christmas)

I reserve the right to amend this when it no longer suits me.

No beer left behind.

Only one?

I resolve to come up with more solutions to my problems.

Mine (A Rocket) is currently mounted on a small 6x6x6 black wooden box. I plan to use magnets to mount around the keezer shank. I have a vertical keezer.

We'll see how that goes.

I have 2 psi propane gas regular to use as a cask breather.

I'm going to place it in the middle tap shown here.
