So I have brewed a modified version of this recipe of this and it is aging in secondary now. My questions are these: I plan on aging it for 6+ monthsso I assume I will need to add more yeast at bottling? Secondly, I want to add some bourbon soaked oak chips, when and for how long should I do this? Thanks for the help, first time poster long time lurker.
