What's wrong with my propane regulator!!!???

This has happened now twice to my grill and once to my brewing burner, all within the past 2 months. The regulator in the video is fairly new and I've only used it few times. Is it me or does brinkman make crap?

Seems like quality USA stuff to me! Jk, makes me wonder if I need to test my burners. If that thing is new I'd take it back or better yet get a hold of brinkman, I'm sure they don't like that kind of publicity.
