sanyo4910 drain hole?

i picked up a sanyo4910(from everything i can tell its the same as the 4912 model) from craigslist but have a question about the drain hole used to run the co2 tank outside the fridge...

i pulled out the bung from the inside of the drain hole...then i had to pull off a cap off from the outside back of the fridge.
but i still cant get the line to get through. it appears theres still a lot of thick foam in the drain hole. am i suppose to dig this foam out with something?

finally figured it out.... it wasnt the drain hole(on the outside)

i didnt realize that there was a drip tray that pulls out to reveal the drain hole. i figured it was the hole(filled with foam and a removable cap) under the tray thats behind the compressor. hopefully the foam i did scrape out wont affect the fridges performance that much
