I'm looking to buy either Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, or Merlot grapes for wine. Problem is I live in southeast Louisiana. Not exactly wine country. I'm not opposed to having grapes shipped here, but I'd much prefer to drive to a vineyard and get the grapes myself. Preferably I'd like to be able to get from the vineyard to New Orleans in one day. I was told I might have luck finding something in Texas. Does anyone know of a place that might fit what I'm looking for?
