So I've bottled some cider (apple juice + dextrose + notty) after two months in the primary. It's been in bottles for a little over 2 weeks. I opened the first one and there are LOTS of bubbles, but they are very big, and after about ten minutes in the glass all the carbonation is gone. Is there any way to make the bubbles smaller? Also, is there any way to get more head on my cider? I'd like more of a beer-y head if that's possible.
