Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 38.6
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 10.1
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days at 68
Additional Fermentation: 3 weeks aging
Tasting Notes: I'll tell you in a month when the beer is done

OK...so heres the purpose behind this beer. I Love Fullers ESB....I tired the partigyle brew of Fullers ESB and London Pride...it went Ok....but super expensive and mediocre results.....so I've Americanized this recipe to bring the cost down and I'm hoping for a good, crisp, flavorfull beer.
I'm very open to comments and ideas.
