This is my first try at submitting a recipe, I do not know how to find the recipe template. I have attached a beersmith file. It is a partial mash that started as a kit from my local HBS. After brewing it from the kit I put all the ingredients into beer smith and upped all the parameters to be at the upper level for a Belgium Blonde. Upon brewing the updated version I have a winner that is a hit with all that drink it including the people at the HBS where the original kit was purchased. I would recommend a dry hop in secondary-which is what I plan for the third brewing of this beer. This will be one of my house beers I plan to always have on hand.
