Airlock issues

Hello people, i have a 5 gallon barrel with airlock fitted in centre of lid, i find everyday the lid is buldging with pressure and air lock is just on the point of working, as soon as i press on the lid lightly the gas is released?? Is it worth worrying about or can i just keeo releasing pressuer each day its a cider im producing

It's normal. The liquid in the airlock keeps the bucket pressurized. When the pressure gets high enough to lift the liquid... bloop.. Just leave it alone.

Maylar is probably correct, but I would just check to make sure the end of your airlock isn't clogged or sitting below the liquid level.

No blokage, think its just the fact the air lock is in the centre of the lid
