Brewed a Berliner Weisse the day after Thanksgiving with 4.5 lb pilsner and 3lb wheat. 1oz mash hops in the decoction following Old Socks method. Yeast was 3191. I need to do some sampling and see where it's at -- but first I wanted get a nice shot of the pellicle. This has also cleared up amazingly well.

~ 4 gallons with a lovely skin. It's been in the garage at ~55F for 2 months after primary finished.
~3 gallons with 32oz of cherry juice for secondary fermentation. It's been inside at ~65F for 2 months.
