I have a batch of Belgian Strong Ale going (this is my second batch). My first batch American IPA barely had any foam up during primary and came out great. My Belgian Strong Ale yesterday had quite a bit of "head" on top of the beer after being in the bucket for 2 days. I just looked at it and it has gone all the way out the airlock and it foaming out the top. I lost the plastic cap for the top of the airlock so I use saran wrap and punched a couple holes for CO2 to escape. The green arrow is pointing to the "water" line.

Is this OK? What do I need to do to fix the problem if it is not OK? :(

Do you have any vinyl tubing? If you have any that will fit into either the hole into the lid or the top of the airlock, plug it in there and lead it into a bucket with some water in it.
