Recipe looks pretty decent. it's kind of a cross between an english and american ipa with your hop choice. Columbus and EKG work really well together and nottingham is some badass ale yeast, so it should turn out well
Yea I hope so,
I figured as Christopher Columbus discovered America in search of India then it suits.
I am just trying to link Nottingham, East Kent and Munich then it will be done.
But thanks for watching. Hopefully the Notty will eat all of the cheap LME up

The Notty will shine in that scenario. If you have the opportunity, check out Safale S05 American Ale Yeast as well. Recipe looks good. Post some pour porn when it's ready.
Ha will do. Smells Real nice already, the yeast is doing its thang pretty well id say
