Hello to all, I recently began my home brewing experience by using the e-z cap system. My 1st three 2-liter batches where hard cider, pear and wine. They turned out "ok" I think the pear was the best. Has anyone else had success with this type of brewing? My cider was very strong but mediocre at best. I'm going to continue experimenting with different variations..
