I just racked this to the secondary today, sure looks yummy. This was a partial mash I did and for only the second time doing it I hit 1.056. This was a made up recipie I did using blueberrys for the first time.

Partial Mash

3.5lb American Pale malt

.50lb Cara Pils

.50 lb Crystal 40L

.50 lb Honey Malt

.50 Wheat Malt

Mash at 152 for 60 mins Sparge to 3 gallons

Top off to 6 gallons for the boil



1.0 lb Light Pilsner DME

3.3 lb Briess Golding Light malt extract

1oz of Centennial Leaf 10.4 % AAU at 60

1 oz of Cascade Leaf 6.9 % AAU at 30

1 oz Willamette Leaf 5.2% AAU at 5 min

1 tsp Wyeast Nutrient at 15 min

1 Pac 11g of Nottingham dried Yeast

1.5 lb smashed Blueberries in Primary Steep 165 for 10min

3.5lb smashed Blueberries in Secondary Steep 165 for 10min
