I've got my American IPA in secondary currently dry hopping, I'm wondering how long I should wait after carbonation is complete to drink my beer? I want it to taste good and fresh but not wait too long
How long before its ready to drink for best taste?

let it dry-hop for a week, then bottle. let that sit for 2 weeks minimum

Then fridge for a week or so.

Your hop character is going to start slowly going downhill the second you take out the dryhops, but the beer itself is going to peak around 30-45 days after bottling, so it's a little tricky.
I always crack my first bottle 3 weeks after bottling, but the last one is still always the best!!

Good advice, thanks I guess with 50+ beers they should last a little while!
