Can’t wait to put this thing to good (beer) use! I just calibrated it with the 7.0 solution supplied and wow what a difference from my old Hanna Checker.

That's super cool! My wife bought me one for my birthday, and now I'm just waiting on this to come in stock. She thought she was buying me a way to keg my own beer, and while you can do it on this it's expensive replacing those single cartridges.

For beer packaging but as far as the wife is concerned, it's for food.

3 packets white labs yeast and a 10 gallon kettle-- excellent customer service from AIH!
Then, my score sheets and 2nd place award arrived.

Wyeast 3278 Lambic blend, now if my aged hops come tomorrow I will be able to do a lambic. If not then after work next week or next weekend.

Now that the daytime highs are under 90F, time to get brewing again. Cereal Killer to try in place of my Corona style mill. Maris Otter, Oak Smoked Wheat Malt and Peat Smoked Malt.

A 50 lb bag of Mecca Grade Lamonte Pale Malt. I'm paying a king's ransom for shipping but I've been wanting to try some different malts for a while and just went for it.

Glad you liked them. I agree on the mug. I know you're on the home roasting thread. I wanted to pack more beer but wanted to make sure the mug didn't get broken.
