Hi HBT!

I'm an engineering student at UC Davis and have been brewing since December. I have an Oatmeal Stout and Bavarian Hefe on the way, I can't wait to share my experiences!

sorry for the late response. just the intro to beer class, i don't have too much room in my electrical engineering curriculum to take the others.
 
You should at least also take Viticulture & Enology 3 as well. I took it while at Davis. Great "intro" to wine course. It's a great heavy drinking, er, I mean research quarter at UCD, if you do it right.:mug:

When I got my MBA, I looked at what core courses were offered in the summer. Then I was able to take some solar engineering classes during the other terms without over-loading or delaying my degree.
