But I know you guys would share my joy.
I had a Hoegaaden clone in primary for 9 days and fermentation was very slow. I was only getting 1 bubble every 5-6 seconds and had a very small krausen. I swirled the carboy a little and went to dinner. I came back and smelled beer coming from the closet. I opened the door and.... BOOM! foam everywhere!
