How long should I get action in airlock?

Bewed a batch of Bavarian Hefe Weisen and has been having some real good action in the airlock for about 3 days +. It has started to slow down.

Is this typical?

Check the gravity after 1 week. Check again 2 days later then the following day. Make sure the gravity has dropped 75% of the OG and stabilized.

It should be nice and ready at day 10 to bottle/keg.:rockin:
