Just posting this to share it with someone that will understand. I brewed a 100% Brett Pale beer with B and L strains a long time ago and as an experiment I followed it with a Robust Porter pitched on top of the B and L cake.
This is such an interesting beer. I'm really enjoying it. Funky but still just enough roast to be a porter in the finish.
Awesome thing about home brewing. You can just experiment and sometimes you come out with a totally unique beer that you love. My brother in law that has never had a wild beer loves this one.
