Im not sure if the terminology is correct but in any case - when one uses Mr Malty Pitching calculator and it tells you to pitch, for example, 1.3 packets of dried yeast - is it nescesary to weigh the yeast to ensure only 1.3 packets goes in ? Or is this a minimum and you simply pitch two whole bags ?
