I was into making wine 15 years ago but I grew up and finished school. Now that I have my own house and lots of free time its time to get back into the swing of things. I started out early. I was 14 when my dad and I made our first batch.

As I sit here tonight my cider is warming up to room temp. Friday is the big night 10 gal of plain old hard cider. I'll be looking in to more fruit ideas.

I was born in Toledo and lived in Perrysburg up until I was 13. My dad was the General Manager of the Big Boy in Sylvania for about 8 years, then we moved down here to Marion (about 1.5 hours due south on 23).

I went back up to NW OH for college at UT. Small world.
