I was into making wine 15 years ago but I grew up and finished school. Now that I have my own house and lots of free time its time to get back into the swing of things. I started out early. I was 14 when my dad and I made our first batch.
As I sit here tonight my cider is warming up to room temp. Friday is the big night 10 gal of plain old hard cider. I'll be looking in to more fruit ideas.
