Friends,
It is nearing that time where fall brewing needs to begin. I've seen a few good recipes out there for some very high quality O(c)ktoberfests...but by far the best one I have ever had is the one produced the Bell's Brewery in Comstock, MI. This should come as no surprise as that brewery is absolutely outstanding.
Has anyone ever tried to clone their Octoberfest? Has anyone seen a clone recipe for it?
