Greetings guys from Lexington, Ky. Just got into brewing in the past couple of months and am looking forward to the future brews. My recent inspiration came to me at a local beer store and am looking to bring my idea to carboy. I was trying Great Lakes Commodore Perry IPA and noticed that it had a little bit of a creamy taste to it despite being cold and carbonated. I am hoping to brew an IPA with a similiar creaminess to it that allows the bitterness of the hops to still be noticeable. Any ideas?
