I currently have a 7 cu foot chest freezer that I'm converting into a keezer (with addition of a collar). I would like to be able to ferment ales in the keezer as well as serve out of it, but is this possible? From the MoreBeer website, the FermWrap they sell can raise the temp from 5-20 degrees, and then even more with a carboy wrap. So if I keep the keezer at 40 degrees I should be able to get it up to 60 degrees at least. Anybody have any experience using this technique? Any feedback is appreciated.

I would suggest serving from another dedicated piece of equipment. You'll be able to keep a consistent rotation instead of going through the whole cycle every time you get a beer ready. (fermentation, crash cool, condition, dispense) That's a long process.
