I'm working on an idea for a series of beers right now what I'm thinking is brewing 10 gallon batches all with the same grain bill and fermenting in 2 carboys

using 2 yeasts
using all brett, using brett & sac
using different types of sugar
using differnet sugar additions (before fermentation and during)
using differnet ferment temps

Is this all one plan, or are you trying to figure out what to do?

Killian, you could also try different dry hopping, fruit and spice additions in secondary. Like a stout, where in half you add cherries to the secondary.

Have fun experimenting!!

I'm just starting to work on the plan for this series of beers and I welcome any ideas. I'm thinking the base beer will be a belgian tripel or a belgian golden strong. I'm a little concerned that the amount of alcohol will be a problem with the brett. Thanks for the input.
