Hi everybody, I am about to start my first brew in over 5 years - I miss it too much! I have about 15 batches under my belt, most while in college and shortly thereafter. All my previous batches, except for the first, have been extract & specialty grain; this batch I am going to try a partial mash. If I am getting back to it, might as well jump back in with both feet. I lve in Fresno, CA, but got started at college in Philly with the help of Home Sweet Homebrew and the inspiration of all the wonderful bars downtown serving up some unique and rare brews.
