Is this a good kegerator?

My local Craigslist has a posting for a commercial Perlick draft system. It is stainless, two door, two tower and able to hold up to 3 half-barrel kegs. I'll need to take a look at it but is this a good reliable brand? They are asking $400 for so I am somewhat skeptical, but it is worth a look. They didn't list the model but I know that Perlick is one of the most desirable tap manufacturers.

Any advise on what to look for?

If it is in good shape get it, at $400 it would be a steal. However if it is getting rusted out on the inside or has other substantial defects I'd pass it up.

For example in the one linked below you can tell by the pictures that the front bottom is rusting and one of the door handles appears to be broken.

Well the one I was looking at is missing a handle too. Must be a handle thief out there.

I really thought Perlick made high end equipment, but as TRain said, check the condition.
