I was gonna make an Apple wine an was wondering if I can use brown sugar insted of white sugar ? Wanted to try an change the favor around a bit. What do ya think?
 
If you like brown sugar, that'd be fine! I don't like it, as when it ferments out the sugar, there is a "molasses" taste left behind that I dislike. But many people do like it!
