Trying out a SN celebration clone

First post long time lurker ....

I've brewed a few batches so far from bad to pretty good and wanted to try something for winter time. I found the recipe below for an all grain and kind of converted it to an extract. Let me know what you guys think.

Recipe specifics:

Batch size: 5.0 gal
Boil volume: 3.0 gal
OG: 1.073
FG: 1.018
Bitterness (IBU): 41.3
Color (SRM): 21.6
ABV: 7.2%

Grain/Sugars:

9.3 lb Light LME, 85.0%
0.50 lb Crystal 120L, 4.6%
0.50 lb Crystal 60L, 4.6%
0.30 lb CaraPils, 2.9%
0.30 lb Chocolate Malt (US), 2.9%

Hops:

1.00 oz Chinook (AA 11.5%, Pellet) 60 min, 20.8 IBU
0.50 oz Centennial (AA 9.0%, Pellet) 45 min, 7.5 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial (AA 9.0%, Pellet) 30 min, 12.5 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade (AA 6.6%, Pellet) 1 min, 0.5 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade (AA 6.6%, Pellet) dry hop
1.00 oz Centennial (AA 9.0%, Pellet) dry hop
1.00 oz Chinook (AA 11.5%, Pellet) dry hop

Yeast/Misc:

California Ale yeast, 1.0 unit(s), Yeast 
 
I just finished a SN Celebration clone from a kit. Your recipe looks about right. In fact, it is a bit heartier than my kit was. My O.G. was 1.060 and F.G. was 1.015 (a bit low for Celebration). My kit also had about 2 oz. fewer hops :(

The hop additions look good. I only dry hopped with 1 oz. of Centennial and 1 oz. of Cascade because that is what the kit gave me.

I tasted the beer while I was bottling and it was great. Good luck with this beer and let us know how it turned out.
