To my eye, that looks like a lot of crystal, but I'll let someone else chime in for verification as I haven't made more than a couple BIPAs.

The hop combo looks nice, but I'd move the pre-30-minute additions to later in the boil (say, 15 and 5 instead), as I don't really think you'll be getting much from them at those times. To me, the aroma is a critical factor in a BIPA, and the later additions would net you a much better hoppy nose to it. I'd go with something like:
60-cascade
15-nugget
10-nugget
5-centennial
0-centennial + cascade (steep for 10-20 minutes)

I prefer centennial later on, as I really like the aromas it imparts as a late addition. Still, your tastes may vary!

Here it is with a few adjustments

I think that's a better dose of caramel, and the color should come out where you want it. I still feel the hops would be better served with the later schedule, but your schedule should come up with some decent hop balanced with a sweetish backbone. I didn't notice the yeast before, and I've never used it myself. What made you pick that strain?

I am going with the WLP029 to pitch on to from the Kolsch batch that is finishing. Figurted what the he-double hockey sticks.

I think this is what I have settled on after some more reserarch.

Definitely looks tasty here! I'd be curious to see what you think of the Nugget; I've got a pound of it in the freezer and I haven't decided where it needs to go yet. Let us know how it goes! I'll be interested to see how the Kolsch yeast impacts the final result.
