It looks rather interesting - https://www.anchorbrewing.com/beer/anchor_winter_wheat
It's a little hokey given the 5 types of wheat, but a pitch black beer that packs a punch (7% abv) and has a mild, clean taste might be great for a cold winter day. I guess it's closest to BJCP 3B.
I'm thinking of a similar recipe that looks something like this:
9lbs Pilsner Malt
5lbs Wheat Malt
.75lbs Midnight Wheat
Mash at 151 for 60 minutes
1oz Northern Brewer - 60 minutes
California Common Yeast (Wyeast 2112) at 60deg.
SRMs should be about 30
IBUs around 24
ABV ~ 7%
