Nope. It's already lost the fight to yeast. Those nasty bastards have likely already destroyed any sugars there were in that wort and have converted them all to useless Ethanol and Carbon Dioxide.
Only thing you can do now is imprison it in bottles for 3 weeks with some sugar then drink your sorrows.
That looks like an infection for sure. Tell you what, finish the fermentation, then let it sit for, I don't know... Maybe 2 more weeks? Then bottle and send it to me. I'll dispose of it properly for you.
