It is fresh - but nothing wrong with a good barley wine too! In fact, I've got a Stone 2011 barley wine that came in a nice aluminum Grolsch style bottle that I've got to sample soon.

My ag White House Honey Porter. I brewed it as a novelty (not into politics or current president) and didn't expect much, but this is actually pretty damn good.

my Falconer's American Lager again. I can hardly wait for my split session Saisons to be done. glad I have my Belgian Session handy and fully carbed.

Homebrewed CDA. I think I dryhopped with a little too much Citra...

My Black IPA. Don't think I'll use 100% Nugget hops again, but it's tasty enough, especially for a kitchen sink beer.

I just kegged my Cream ale a little over a week ago and the results are spectacular. This beer is great and even my fiancee thinks that it is a great beer and she actually wants to drink it.

I've done all Nugget IPA's before. no matter what malts I used, they all seemed a bit one dimensional.

I could see that. I've got a Nugget/Galena APA that's great. Just don't think Nugget stands too well on it's own.

Damn tasty! Not as bitter as I expected, but a damn fine IIPA. The slight honey flavor is good and the simcoe aroma is like heaven!

Enjoying a Troegs Pale Ale. One of my absolute favorite beers. Just wish I didnt have to pay $13 a six pack for it.

Yeah - PA beer laws are so archaic.

Anchor Bock, slightly disappointed. Too much roasted malt.

This is a very solid IPA.

Homebrew wheat IPA...need to start freeing up kegorator space since I'm planning to brew several beers over the next couple of months to get ready for a festival

NB Midnight Wheaten Beatdown. My last PM and my last bottled batch, found a 12 pack I must have put away while I was moving. I made this in June of last year, I wish I had saved the whole batch this long.

My absolutely gorgeous HB cream ale that I got a little excited and dumped some bottle junk in, sparing you all another crappy phone pic of my beer.

Right now: A HB Smoked Porter that i got from a guy that I sold my old brew kettle to over CraigsList. It was funny. We made the sale, then we exchanged beer haha. Love Craigslist.

Pacifico (with dinner, it was lettuce wraps)
