OK, went with caravienne and biscuit. I was actually out of caramunich... and I don't have crystal 60, so upped the crystal 40 amount just a tad. Oh, this a sketchy attempt at
Orfy's Hobgoblin clone (without crystal 60, marris otter or nottingham). It's close on the OG, IBU's and SRM though:
EDIT: Just backed down to .15 with the caravienne and biscuit. I really don't want their flavor profiles to come through much, just the maltiness.
