I did a starter on Thursday night thinking that I would have a brew day on Saturday. Well, that didn't work out 
. I think I can get this brew underway on Tuesday evening, so the question is, will the starter last till then? I made it by boiling a quart of water with a cup of light DME. It's in a flask with an air lock. There is still a little activity. Should I add any more DME or will it last till tuesday?
