Any one use these before? I'm thinking I'll soak these in about a cup of bourbon for a few days, then add them (and the bourbon) to my porter in secondary, then let sit for a few weeks.
I'd be interested to hear any results people have had.
Is a cup of bourbon enough to get good flavor in 5gal? I don't want overkill.

I've seen this as well and have thought about picking one up. It seems like the easiest and most efficient way to do an oak beer. I am also interested in hearing any feedback from anyone who has used the product.
