I have talked with a few on here comeing up with a recipe. Carahell was what was talked about being used in it. I went with caramel/crystal 60L the last time but I think I may use carahell next.

???? is what is it??? I have looked threw the charts and can not find it and it is not in the list of malts on my calculator. A little help please

Looking at the Weyermann site it is listed under their Caramel malts. With a color of 8 - 11 SRM, it is a caramel 10 malt. You can substitute caramel 10 for it. Carahell is just a trade name for Weyermann's caramel 10. They like to do that.
