This is guessowrk on my part, but I would think if you add the Campden before the boil, you won't bother the yeast any. Remember that 1 tablet treats 20 gallons of tap water.

eh, I don't know if it's really worth it. If you have chloramine in your water, then maybe it's worth a shot. However, if you're doing a full boil all-grain, the chlorine should volatilize off during the boil itself and you probably have nothing to worry about...unless you are brewing with pool water.
Most tap water has some level of chloramines, though. Sometimes, it's not very noticeable, and many people have tap water like mine, which tastes suspiciously like pool water (probably chlorine and chloramines).

As long as you haven't mashed, you should be fine with what you did.
