I'm about to brew a new beer with a good buddy...and he have me his favorite malts but no percentages...any suggestions? His malts are: 2 row Rhar wheat, weyerman cara red, weyerman caramunich I, weyerman carafa, castle special b.
I am less concerned about the branding and more about the malts themselves. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We are dealing with a large amount of leftover hops...so presumably a DIPA...but it's not set in stone.

Ok off the top of my head...
85% Pale
5% Wheat
5% Table Sugar
4% CaraMunich
1% Carafa

I am thinking along the lines of a Black DIPA....you might need to increase the the Carafa a little for color. I omitted the Special B..not a fan for DIPA. You can throw in the CaraRed wherever you see fit

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'm going to modify that a bit...going with
83% row 2
5% wheat
5% carared
5% caramunich
1% carafa
1% special b

Kind of a challenge as I am suppose to build this up using allograft the listed grain.
