Newb needs help!

A couple of days ago my fiance and I were at New Holland Brewing and of course drank a lot of their beers, including stuff they don't bottle. She tried their Lemon chamomile Kombucha (4.5% abv) and instantly fell in love with it. I am a experienced homebrewer and decided I would try and see if I could brew something similar for her. Ive done numerous searches on here and the web and have been met with all over different methods and types. Can anyone help point me in the right direction be it techniques, advise, websites or literature? Starting from scratch totally including no scoby. Thanks!

This is the site I use to learn how to start the SCOBY. The Lemon Chamomile Kombucha sounds great! I will have to check it out.

If you can't get a bottle of GT's Kombucha then you can use Raw Apple Cider Vingear in place of it. Let me know if you have any questions.
