Newbie Needs Help

I'm a rank beginner. I searched around for my question but didn't se an answer.

I just got a kegerator and converted it for corny kegs. I kegged my first beer and after applying co2 pressure, there was a lot of co2 or something coming out right were you adjust for the pressure. Is that normal, or do I need to get a new regulator?

get some teflon tape and wrap the threads with it. what's happening is the threads on the connections aren't sealed, and the co2 is leaking there. a roll of teflon tape is cheap, and you only need 3 inches or so of it for each connection.

You might be missing a gasket in there too. Took me a minute to figure out where all the gaskets went in mine.
